Working Environment
Colleagues help each other if they have difficulties during the running of the project.
Since working 5 years at this company and handling 6 NPI projects, I am still not exceeding expectations. Too many documents need to be prepared, while at the same time I need to do designing and testing.
For the project for NPI, it is better to put 2 persons instead of 1 person.
