Flexible work environment but limited networking opportunities
High flexibility, as my time was hybrid with more days working from home than in person.
Excellent manager who cared that I was doing interesting work.
Competitive salary.
Work from home meant the office was dead, reducing networking opportunities. HR department was extremely slow to process any requests. Lack of opportunity to see how other teams functioned.
Find better employees for your HR department. Provide more opportunities to understand how your team ties into the business.
