Got to meet with the team lead and one other for a first interview. We talked about the job, my resume, and they asked a few technical and behavioral questions relevant to the job itself. I was told I'd hear back in a week, but it took them 3 weeks to send a rejection. Overall, I had a pleasant interview experience.

Pros: Great mission and purpose. Usually great people. A chance to learn enterprise-level systems and cloud processing.
Cons: Involved with prompting DEI; I don't like this, because the best person should get the job regardless of culture, skin color, or background.
