It has plenty of free time, and it is not really demanding.
Not challenging, with lots of legacy code, and it never felt like I was surrounded by good engineers.
2 rounds: The first one was a chat with the hiring team about background and resume, plus some code review. The second round was two 1-hour interviews with two groups. One included C++ questions (classes, smart pointers, etc.) and a system design
Single interview split into two parts. First, a description of all experience. Then, two quick coding questions to assess ability. Since it was a Java-based role, this question was in that language.
The process was efficient. Unlike many other companies that make candidates go through several rounds of interviews, there was just one round which was in-person and took about 2 hours. HR and onboarding people were helpful too.
