The process was efficient. Unlike many other companies that make candidates go through several rounds of interviews, there was just one round which was in-person and took about 2 hours.
HR and onboarding people were helpful too.

Pros: Great mission and purpose. Usually great people. A chance to learn enterprise-level systems and cloud processing.
Cons: Involved with prompting DEI; I don't like this, because the best person should get the job regardless of culture, skin color, or background.

Pros: High flexibility, as my time was hybrid with more days working from home than in person.
Excellent manager who cared that I was doing interesting work.
Competitive salary.
Cons: Work from home meant the office was dead, reducing networking opportunities.
HR department was extremely slow to process any requests.
Lack of opportunity to see how other teams functioned.
