Some departments have a good structure, and it depends on luck how you are assigned to which department.
Low wages by software engineer standards.
Sent to a new department in an ad-hoc way, with basically no transition before being tasked to deliver a product. A bad experience.
The first interview went well. The second was a task in C, which went well. The third was explaining the task I did. Finally, they asked for my references. They never called the references, and that was it. Nothing from them. No email, no nothing.
Got a call for a phone interview, which was very casual. They mostly asked questions about classes I've taken, languages I worked with, etc. Then got a call for an on-site, which consisted of interviews with 4 different people on the team, followed
Two interviews: 1. Hiring manager 2. Group lead Fresh out of university, first job.
