Good culture, free lunch, and cutting edge
Low pay, hybrid work downtown,
Few steps (four, including the offer). There was frequent contact from the recruiter, although a bit spaced out between the stages (I imagine they had several people being evaluated). At least the interviewers were always very cordial.
A traditional interview starts with introducing yourself and then going through my past experience and resume. Then there were some behavioral questions. The interview ended with working option preference, etc.
I was asked multiple questions with reference to my skills and resume. I was asked questions on UMTS, CDMA. I was asked how I would raise a bug and how I interact with the development team. I was also asked about the software development life cycle.
