Good office location, work culture, and team building.
Lack of promotion for new certifications.
This was some time ago, but it was an effective and generally pleasant interview. I enjoyed my time with the company. I don't know what else to say. Questions were asked, and answers were given.
Two people, one from management (normally a manager) and one from technical (normally a senior engineer or staff engineer), interviewed me. The overall question was quite simple: Introduce yourself, your project, and your 5-year plan.
The interview was fair. The questions were about me. I had two interviews there. One was with a programming riddle, and the other was to work for two to three months, and then "we will see if you are the right one."
