I've been at Motorola Solutions for 25 years, and I can honestly say it's been a great time.
I've travelled the world, meeting colleagues and customers from all cultures.
I've moved from one leading-edge technology to another, which really suits my desire for lifelong learning and creativity.
I feel like my work is really respected and valued by Motorola, and I have sufficient autonomy to make working here a pleasure.
I suppose there have been a few unhappy times, but honestly these are so insignificant compared to other jobs that I just don't focus on these.
I think they are already doing this: communications and making everyone feel part of the same work family.
