My first few years I never received a cost of living raise because I was promoted 3 times in three years so I received compensation increases there.
I think I was fortunate but in my experience they are willing to promote if you are willing to work hard and learn.
The pay is decent and my current work load is normally manageable.
There are a couple weeks now and then where it feels super crazy but these are the exception rather than the rule.
My current role I absolutely love and my coworkers are amazing.
I definitely prefer where I am at to where I was before but the fact remains that I started as a level 1 support technician and have since been moved into my current role where I quite enjoy what I do.
I actually just hit my five year anniversary at the company (at which point they do recommend you leave a review but its anonymous and my opinion is my own).
When I started we had a support department that was extremely underwater. I have heard though that it got fixed and is doing really well now. I am no longer in that department, but as with any company, it is a company and they talk about revenue a LOT.
Honestly, I think management is doing a good job right now. I will say that while I can appreciate the need for revenue and profits to continue to grow, please do not get so focused on that that you forget that you have people working for you and not machines. I am fortunate to be in my current role where I don't feel so pressured, but I am aware of those around me who feel extremely overwhelmed. Right now I feel very valued by management and am grateful for opportunities. I am aware though of how fast that wind can change sometimes.

I applied online for the position before my school's career fair. I went in to mention the position I applied for, and the recruiter said he'd send in my physical resume for that position. After a month or so, I received a call asking for a phone int
Standard behavioral questions, and then a few LeetCode-style technical questions. Some were asked conceptually, while you will be expected to code one of them. Problems ranged from LeetCode easys to LeetCode mediums.
