Process
A "cranky" general interview was followed by one round of the technical interview. I completed two simple tasks.
Then, I was rejected via email without feedback.
It's sad; the interviewer seemed nice. However, I haven't received clear expectations about the process, so I have no idea where I went wrong. Since no feedback was provided upon rejection, that's a significant minus for transparency. Still, a lot of HR work to be done.
