I was contacted by HR from Bangalore for a team from Israel.
Round 1: (1 hour) Technical (1 Code + 2 SQL) (Whiteboarding) Round 2: Home Task
The first technical round was pretty good, but the second round, the home task, was very disappointing. The question was quite easy, and I was able to deliver it in a day. The panel contacted me again, saying that since I knew I could make it better, they told me to work on it again after one week.
Post my resubmission, there was absolutely no response for two weeks. The HR also agreed that the panel had taken a "heck of a lot" of time to assess a task that I was able to deliver in a day.
Interestingly, upon asking a doubt, I received a response saying, "Please make your assumptions and work accordingly."
All in all, a very disappointing response from HR and the hiring team.
Cons:
Q. Write a code to verify legal parentheses.
Q. SQL questions based on scenarios.
Home Task:
