Pros: Great pay. Even the summer interns make more annually than most starting engineers in the Valley.
Good food in the cafeteria. Very expensive and high quality, but very cheap ($2-9).
Awesome HR staff.
Beer bashes!
Great benefit plan.
Paid time off for volunteer work.
Cons: - Antiquated equipment. Some of the laptops they give out are T40-T42 series, which aren't exactly the best machines to develop on.
- Beer bashes are something like monthly now.
- The public still doesn't know enough about NetApp. It may be one of the best companies to work for, but having to explain who you work for to non-techies is annoying.
