Good work-life balance at NetApp.
Old tech stack, lots of reorganizations.
Focus, mofos. Stick to one story. Changing things all the time is not going to help anything.
I just finished my second interview. I have a final interview scheduled for next week, which is a technical interview that will take 3 hours. It was a very chill interview. They asked about myself and what experience I am expecting for this position
The interview was a 2-hour session, consisting of 1 hour of technical questions and 1 hour of behavioral questions. It was an onsite interview and felt relaxed, not too difficult.
I had a great experience with the NetApp people who work for NetApp/SolidFire. They were nice, friendly, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. The first step was with their Technical Recruiter, which was easy and mainly based on my previous experience
