They expect you to get your work done but don't freak out if something is a little late.
Many talented employees who work hard.
Good work/life balance.
Would have given 5 stars if there weren't two mandatory vacation periods for a total of ~7 days. Employees should be able to take their vacation when they want. Wichita employees don't get paid as well as Boulder/RTP/Sunnyvale.
Keep focusing on quality.
