Nice place to work with a good salary package
Nice money package. Good work culture and excellent people around you. Management is very communicative about all news floating inside and outside the company. Transparent communication across employee levels.
Internal politics happen during promotions or when giving bonus packages to employees. Promotions not happening at the right time can sometimes be annoying. This can help some good people to stay with the firm for a longer tenure.
Promotions at the right time for the right individuals will motivate people to stay for a longer period. I like transparent communication across the board at NetApp. A few people really set great examples in the company. Please keep up such good work.
