Senior Full Stack Engineer Interview Experience - Los Gatos, California
Process
The job description did not state that current Java use was required. The recruiter insisted that I did not need recent Java experience and that this role was the best fit for me among the positions I applied to. However, the hiring manager stated that Java is absolutely required.
It seems impossible to get to an actual onsite interview at Netflix since the recruiters are not aligned with the job description and the hiring manager.
