I applied on LinkedIn and received a call from a recruiter. After two phone interviews, they asked me to come for an on-site interview. However, after seeing many negative reviews (layoffs), I completely lost interest in the company.
The first interview went well with some coding and analytical questions. The next interviewer, however, I found to be arrogant. He was well-prepared with his questions and not even willing to listen to my answers or approaches. I decided right then and there that it was not the company I wanted to work for, with its many arrogant people and layoffs. I stopped giving answers anyway, as the guy wasn't listening.
Next came the interview with the hiring manager. He asked a couple of general questions but displayed a lot of arrogance in his body language. I felt like I wanted to leave and didn't want to continue the interview anymore, and I showed it in my body language. The manager noticed and mentioned they were looking for senior people.
At that point, I left the interview in the middle and saved an hour of my time. I already had a couple of offers in hand and was very picky when it came to work culture.
Lots of logical and problem-solving questions.
