Great company, amazing salary & benefits. C-level leadership is one of the best. Lots of freedom.
No growth for ICs. Mid-level managers and Directors are horrible. The talent pool has been getting diluted over the last couple of years. Lots of senior ICs are leaving. Most of the projects are in maintenance mode, and there are not many new things to do. Great place to coast.
