Culture changes. Sometimes competitive culture.
Continue to hire stunning employees.
The interview process consisted of: * One phone screen. * A second phone screen. * Two days of remote "onsite" interviews, which included both technical and behavioral assessments. * A final "interview" to meet the team.
I had a long conversation with the manager. Then, I had a two-day onsite interview, half of which was devoted to coding and half to culture fit. I didn't have to do the take-home assignment, but most candidates do now.
Participated in two phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter who was very nice and asked background and culture/fit related questions. This call went well, so I was set up for a phone interview with the hiring manager, who was also very nice
