After the initial discussion, I had an interview over the phone. The engineer over the phone asked questions about my resume and a few design questions. I was informed after 2 days that they want me to come for an in-person interview. I was surprise

Within a few weeks, I received a call from HR. We talked for 30 minutes about the projects and role. They also asked the normal HR questions, such as why I was looking for a change and why Netflix.

I was contacted by a recruiter and after a couple of initial conversations, had a few phone calls with the hiring manager and another senior engineer. This was followed by a full day on-site interview with other engineers on the team, the hiring man
