I had to take a general Codesignal assessment. The first two questions were relatively easy, but the last two required a bit more work and effort. Generally, it's not a bad platform. The questions are definitely not LeetCode-type questions.

The interview is rigorous, with many data structures and algorithms (DSA) based questions. Expertise in any programming language is beneficial. Keeping your LeetCode score high might help you get ahead of other candidates in the problem-solving round

Phone screen and on-site coding and system design. Very fast interview process with quick TAT. Focus on engineering and no soft skills. Lots of architecture-detailed questions, and designing systems at scale.
