I received a direct call from HR. The process took 2 weeks.
After a telephone round (which was a kind of screening), they invited me for an in-person interview. I spent a full day there, attending 5 rounds of interviews.
There was very poor coordination between HR and the interview panel. HR was absent on the day of my interview and did not inform me. I waited for 1 hour before finally reaching another HR representative who was supposed to coordinate. I then learned that the interview panel had not yet arrived (after waiting for at least 2 hours).
Finally, the onsite interviews began. After 2 rounds, I had lunch and then attended 3 more rounds:
Finally, he stated that I lacked startup experience, as my background was only in big product companies. Seriously! However, he then mentioned that the team had already considered this point when shortlisting my resume.
After spending 8 hours in the office, they said HR would update me about the next steps. I waited for a week and called HR, but received no response. One month later, I am still waiting for an update.
