1. A technical phone interview was arranged after an initial conversation with the HR department.
2. An onsite interview was arranged after passing the phone technical interview.

The entire interview process was efficient.

Thanks to the HR department for arranging the interviews and to the team for taking the time to interview me.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the professional manner at the last step. I think it would be better to spend about 2-3 minutes (you may already have an email template for this, so only need to change the candidate's name and job title) to reply to a candidate's follow-up email to let them know your decision, instead of ghosting them.
