Folks here are clueless, and they waste a lot of time with candidates without even having the job/req approved.
We only get to know this after four to five rounds of discussion, and suddenly recruiters and coordinators will not even pick up our calls or respond during the interview process.
Attending interviews here is a big waste of time.
