Culture: Everyone is super friendly and approachable. There is no ego and it has a great culture.
Location: Right in the middle of Downtown Los Altos main st - cannot beat that.
Perks: Free lunches, various hobby clubs, 401k, health coverage, social security tax match.
Work-life: Great work-life balance. Work hard and enjoy family time.
Parking is tight, but a new/bigger campus should solve this issue.
