High work loading, weak performance review
Working from home and teammates are friendly.
Employees often work overtime. The job assignments are unreasonable, and the performance reviews are based solely on the manager’s opinion, making them highly subjective. There is also a serious blame culture, which is unhealthy for the organization. I remember the CEO once said he wanted to build a company that feels like home. It is not true.
