Cons: Poor leadership post acquisition and going private. * Lot of engg. resources being offshored to India * Constant change in vision and roadmap from Executive Leaders * Turning into another Amazon spin off, by adopting same culture and poor work life balance

Pros: I have been an employee for 2 years and almost everything has improved over the course of 2 years. Team structure has improved, more development in India, excellent work life balance, great customers, great employee benefits and work wise the tech stack has just kept on improving.

Cons: I have seen a couple of situations where people were let go in the US.
