The experience was horrible and completely unprofessional.

I applied online at New Relic's career page. I was contacted soon after to schedule the first screening with the recruiter, which we scheduled for the same week.

The recruiter had to reschedule the meeting 5 minutes before it was supposed to start. This was obviously a bad sign, but we rescheduled.

After we managed to connect, the recruiter's first question was, "So, how can I help you today?". Obviously, he had forgotten about the interview. He did not even remember the role we were discussing, and I had to remind him.

If you want professionals, you have to treat them professionally. I would never consider joining NR after this.
