Process

The whole interview process was smooth and very well organized. Multiple rounds of interviews started with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, which was then followed by a take-home assignment. You would be given five days to turn over the completed assignment. I submitted early, however, it took a few weeks for the team to review it, as they were held up with some high-priority work. Finally, I got a call from the Hiring Coordinator asking for a few hours of my time (4-5 hours) as I was remote. Usually, after the previous round, you would be called onsite. After finishing that, I was again asked to speak with a few other team members. Most of the discussions in the interview were around Java concepts, data structures, regular interview questions found on LeetCode/HackerRank, etc., Docker, and cloud integrations. After talking to around 6-7 people, I got a call from HR. They offered a good package close to my expectation.

The interview process was really well organized, and I was always informed about what was next, which was great.
