Process

They reached out to me directly through LinkedIn, saying that they needed someone like me. I didn't want to talk at the beginning, but after a while, I decided to try. They invited me to their offices, explained what they were doing, and how I would fit there. It was fine. Then they told me that there would be a technical interview and a technical test to do at home.

They made me go there for the tech interview. After an hour in front of a whiteboard, asking me all kinds of theoretical questions, the guy sent me home before giving me any feedback face to face. I didn't receive any follow-up emails from them. I had to insist three times, and after my third email, they finally told me that I "answered some things right and some others wrong," so they rejected me. What a disrespectful way of driving a hiring process is that?

If that's how you treat people, I definitely don't want to work for you.
