I did the whole process, but in the final stage, they communicated to me that they were looking for someone with higher seniority. They also told me they liked my profile and would push to find me a spot on the team. They kept their word; a month later, they offered me a position.

The questions were related to the technical task, including the programming language chosen and design decisions. There was also a whiteboard exercise. The idea was to design a high-level solution for problems like scalability and concurrency.
