Pros: Complex technical problems to solve
Cons: Disjointed, oppressive, sycophantic leadership replacing nearly every c-suite, VP, and Director role.
Forced stack-ranking stifling IC morale, cooperation, and innovation. It feels a bit like the 90s and early 2000s, as if the company is setting itself up to enter its own “lost decade”.

Pros: There have been some nice bonuses here lately.
Cons: They have announced that there will be no salary increase this year, and bonuses will be cut.
The management is desperately trying to rectify the situation, but so far it looks like a constant change of priorities and tasks. Here you will most likely be working overtime to correct the mistakes of previous employees.
