As a whole, it was quite slow (intentionally; I was balancing work with my old job and preparation for interviews). The process was very solid, though quite a bit of work. There was a phone screen, pre-interview, coding challenge, and a series of onsite interviews.

Expect to spend a good amount of time with the process, but it is worth it. Both parties (you and the company) should end up with a good idea of how well you will fit with the company in terms of personality and skill.
