Seriously refreshing interview experience in the product org.

It was 9-4, with a few technical exercises, but it flew by. Almost every interview had two people, questions were thoughtful, people were prepared, and everyone I spoke with was fun, honest, and authentic. I felt like it was okay to talk the technical questions out and even learn in the interviews; it didn't feel like anyone was quietly judging.

The technical questions were challenging but weren't tricky or ridiculous for the given job. They matched well with the role and experience level needed. It was a great signal to me that the company knows how to prioritize culture and inclusion, which is hard to find in tech.
