Process

  1. Recruiter phone screening
  2. Talk with Hiring Manager on your target tech team
  3. Take-home assessment (anywhere up to ~8 hrs, depending on quality and your proficiency)
  4. Roughly 4 total hours of final rounds, split into an assortment of personnel/teams and covering design, technical w/ team, product mgmt, behavioral.

Content isn't hard, but they cover quite a breadth, so be ready to talk on various aspects. It's also relatively time-intensive (with good intentions), so mentally prep. People are very nice.

As for the turnaround, I got a rather quick response on the initial screening (like the 1st company to reach out on starting applications), and the entire process took roughly a month for me.
