Okay salary. Not the best, and pay parity is huge. They don’t know how to hire properly.
One of the worst managements that I have ever come across. They took the company private and are still chasing short-term results instead of thinking long-term.

The interview process took me a while to complete, including a take-home project and other interviews. However, the process was well-organized, and the recruiter did a great job following up.
