Process
Ghosting after scheduling interviews at preliminary stages has occurred twice for the same position in two different instances.
First time, I received a reply from a Niantic recruiter asking to schedule a first-round, basic introduction interview. I submitted my availability, but the interviewer, for some reason, didn't bother to join or respond afterward.
Second time, I at least connected at a first exploratory interview and was informed to expect the first round of technical interviews in the following week. But then again, no further response or updates.
One can only wonder what's happening. But I ain't gonna bother for the next time!
