I first spoke with the company recruiter. She clearly explained the position and the company's history.
Then, I had a 45-minute technical video interview with one of the engineers. This interview consisted mostly of technical questions and online coding.
Luckily, I passed this round and advanced to the next, an onsite interview that took about 2.5 hours. I found the engineers who interviewed me there to be very nice. I didn't feel much pressure during those 2.5 hours.
Lastly, and again luckily, I had a chance to talk to the hiring manager. This interview was more like a conversation, and one of the most enjoyable ones.
The whole process took about 2 weeks.
Thanks to the recruiter, who helped to speed up the process. She answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Everyone I spoke with—from the recruiter, to the interviewers, to the hiring manager—was very nice, which made me feel comfortable and excited about the position and the company.
