She described the amazing San Francisco office and culture, then spoke unfavorably about the Los Angeles office and culture (the role was for Los Angeles).
Two days later, I was declined without any reason given.

Pros: The company culture promotes friendship beyond work. They have a really well-defined mission that stands out in the gaming industry. Everyone is super friendly, and of course, the salary is really good.
Cons: Onboarding documentation and department-specific tours could be better.
The codebase is huge, and having some guidance for the first week or so would help a lot.
