The interview process consisted of two interviews: one by phone and the other onsite.
For the onsite interview, unlike most other companies, it only had two rounds.
For me:
The first round was a 1:1 session where I wrote code on a whiteboard.
The second round was conducted via teleconferencing. We could see each other, but we coded on a shared CoderPad.
Since there were only two rounds, it was crucial to perform exceptionally well in both to have a chance at an offer. Even if one interviewer felt I was a strong hire, if the other considered me a marginal hire, the outcome would likely be no offer.
All interviews focus on algorithms. The difficulty is above average, I think. They also kind of emphasize your coding correctness.
