I was approached by their recruiter and had a phone call with her, which was very pleasant and professional. This was followed by a technical phone screen.

The phone screen could have gone better. While the question asked wasn't too bad, there were some technical difficulties. They were unaware that the software being used had its own built-in audio, and the phone call kept getting dropped.

If the interviewer had been trained better, it could have been a much better experience overall for everyone involved.
