Process
I had an initial engineering interview with one engineer on the web team. After receiving positive feedback, I had three interviews in one day with other engineers: two technical and one behavioral. After that, I was placed on the web dev team. I explained that I have no experience or interest in web dev, so we did some team fit calls with other teams and found a great opening with the Growth team as a Unity engineer. The interviewers on the web team also told me I should speak with my recruiter to find a better team fit.
