Process
I came in through an external agency, so I skipped the technical phone screen. The process consisted of:
- An HR phone screen
- A three-hour onsite interview
- A 30-minute cultural fit phone interview with my future manager
- A reference and background check
The onsite consisted of three 45-minute technical interviews and a 30-minute cultural fit lunch. Everyone was extremely cheerful and passionate about Niantic's products and the positive impact they have on the world.
