The interview process began with a coding assessment, followed by a technical interview, and concluded with a final round featuring two more technical interviews.

Pros: Almost every engineer is a competent and smart bunch. I'm always learning something new every day.
Cons: Competing with giants like Fb in the AR space is hard. We are struggling to diversify our revenue base, which mostly comes from PokemonGo.

Pros: There was a good work-life balance, at least in the LA office, which has closed since the Scopely PGO takeover.
Cons: Management refused to see the writing on the wall for the success of the company's slate of games, as well as long-term feasibility for its platform.
