Cons: Onboarding documentation and department-specific tours could be better. The codebase is huge, and having some guidance for the first week or so would help a lot.

Pros: There was a good work-life balance, at least in the LA office, which has closed since the Scopely PGO takeover.

Cons: Management refused to see the writing on the wall for the success of the company's slate of games, as well as long-term feasibility for its platform.
