Process

I received a test online to fill out late in the process.

What irked me was that they sent me the test to express interest, and I took the time to do their coding challenge, which I 100% aced.

Then they said other candidates were a better fit for their needs. The typical "greenhouse cookie-cutter" reply.

Why the hell would you send me the code test if you weren't even willing to talk to me? Waste of time.
