Work-life balance can often be a struggle. The company is growing really fast.
I had a short phone screening, followed by a one-hour coding phone interview. Next were two one-hour coding interviews on-site, and finally, a thirty-minute general tech knowledge interview over video chat.
The interviewer was unprepared. They didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Furthermore, they were late by 10 minutes. Honestly, I felt that by the time I was done, I had wasted my time there.
Online coding test (pretty standard for COVID times). Then two interviews that were a mix of tech and behavioral. Recruiters were very responsive and informed us what to expect in the interview.
