Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Beaverton, Oregon

Process

The phone screening with the recruiter was pleasant and went well. However, after a month of waiting for a follow-up interview and receiving zero response to any of my follow-up emails or phone calls, I was told:

"At this time, we will be changing the requirements of the role, as they have realigned what will be needed most for their team. With that said, at this time we are considering candidates more closely aligned to the role requirements."

This abysmal communication and hiring process is a clear red flag of an unorganized company that has little to no regard for a candidate's time. Therefore, I will not be pursuing a career with Nike at this time.
