Great company, but not for Converse project

Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Great company to work for.

Cons: Micro-management is highly prevalent. Local leadership within specific project divisions (CONVERSE) tends to enforce rigid, top-down policies that frequently conflict with broader global corporate guidelines, making it difficult to propose alternative solutions or voice opposing viewpoints. Furthermore, internal career mobility is heavily restricted, and leadership often blocks lateral movements or internal transfers, leading to stagnation and driving talent out of the organization. Think before accepting an offer for Converse ITC.
